Shipping & Returns

ORDERS

Catelle orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receive a refund.

 

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day as ordered before 2:30 PM. Any order after this cutoff time will be dispatched the next day. Delivery timeframe is 2-3 working days within New Zealand and varies depending on the Country everywhere else in the world.

All orders are shipped via traceable courier. 

Courier rates are calculated as below. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars. Please add on 2-3 days for Rural Deliveries.

List of Freight Charges NZ only*

  • All orders to the value of $99.00 have a flat rate of $10.00 unless we have a free shipping promotion

  • All orders between $100  to $200 have a flat rate of $20.00

  • All orders over $200 are free delivery  

SHIPPING RATES TO AUSTRALIA

List of Freight Charges as follows;

  • All orders to the value of $80.00 have a flat rate of $15.00 unless we have a free shipping promotion

  • All orders between $100 to $200 have a flat rate of $10.00.

  • All orders over $200 are free delivery.  

  • We aim to have your products delivered between 3 and 10 working days depending on your location in Australia.
  • All packages are traceable with eSHIP and you will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES GLOBAL

All international rates apply excluding Australia and New Zealand, we will send you a tracking number via eSHIP, FEDEX or DHL and normal shipping rates apply, this will show in your check out cart.  Please contact us if you have any enquiries

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your Catelle purchase.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Refund - if product returned is in a new, unused, and resalable condition

  • Exchange/online store credit - if product returned has been lightly sampled, opened, or unwrapped

 

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, account history, or gift receipt).
